Q. How do I make a booking?
A. Simply select the Zone in which your hotel is located and click on the "Buy Now" button.
Q. How do I notify you of my arrival and pick up details?
A. After booking a transfer please enter your pick up details in the 'Add note to seller +' box in shopping cart check out, or we will contact you with in 24-48 hours for these details
Q. What if I am in Bali and need a transfer from Hotel to the Airport, can I contact your office directly?
A. Yes, you can contact of office. Please see our "Contact Us" page or click here
Q. The prices displayed are for transporting how many people?
A. The pricing is for a maximum of 4 Adults. We do have alternative arrangements if there are more people in your travel group. Please contact us for more details.
Q. What is the currency of the displayed pricing?
A. All our pricing is in US Dollars.
Q. Do you do group transfers?
A. Yes we do. Please contact us with the details and we will be happy to assist.
Q. I have booked a transfer but my travel plans have changed, can I change my transfer booking dates?
A. You most certainly can but please note we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Q. Are there any cancellation fees?
A. A cancellation fee of 10% will only apply if you cancel your booking with 24 hours of schedule pick up.
Q. Do I receive confirmation of my transfer booking?
A. Yes, once we have confirmed all the details we will send you a transfer voucher as confirmation.
Q. How do I find you at the airport or hotel?
A. For Airport to Hotel Transfers - We will be waiting for you at the exit gate of the airport. There is only one exit gate so after coming through the exit gate, please turn left and you will see one of our guides standing with a sign with your 'Name' and 'Global Travel Asia' written on it.
For Hotel to Airport Transfers - We come to the hotel and will announce ourselves at the front desk of the hotel.
Q. What if my flight is delayed?
A. We check all flight arrivals to make sure that we are there on time. So don't worry if there is a delay in your flight, we will wait for you.Note: After booking a transfer please enter your pick up details in the 'Add note to seller +' box in shopping cart check out, or we will contact you with in 24-48 hours for these details
Q. How do you know where I want to be picked up from?
A. Once you select your Zone and select the "Buy Now" you will be sent to a payment page. When making payment please ensure you enter your details and requirements before sending your payment. Once we receive your payment, one of our friendly staff will contact you to confirm all details of your transfer.
